They especially welcome Jeri Holmes and her new business, Energy Plus Dance Aerobics and Fitness into the club hoping that members will enjoy the energy and passion Jeri and her team bring to the sport of aerobics. Jeri Holmes has spent 40 years teaching aerobics and helping people dance their way to fitness. She is a former National Aerobic Champion, and possesses a lengthy professional resume. Years ago, Jeri actually appeared with Oprah Winfrey when she had her show in Baltimore, Md. This is just one of the great stories patrons will hear when they take the time to speak with Jeri and learn about her career helping people get fit. Fabio, Debbie and Jeri make a great team.
